Hi there, I’m looking for someone to create a simple floor plan drawing of my home for a short-term rental permit application. The home is a detached house located in Carp, Ontario and was built in 2013. I’m looking for a professional who can come to the property in person to take measurements and create a clean, accurate floor plan that includes the layout of the rooms, doors, windows, and basic dimensions. The final floor plan should be clear and suitable to submit to the city as part of a permit application (PDF format is preferred). At this time, I’m only considering someone who is able to complete the measurements on-site, as I’m not able to provide them myself.
