Hello, I need software developed for Windows OS. The Software will be used to create and print ID Cards. Here are the basics: 1. The software must be able to capture photos via USB webcam 2. The software must be able to display a preview on a second monitor 3. The software must take the photo and input text data and create an ID card using a supplied template. 4. If you know another library that can do image calibration in C# only and you are experienced with it, let me know. I have IoT system. The platform is Thingsboard and the MCU is STM32, and the communication unit is SIM5300e. It was working fine last week, now I cannot send or receive anything from MCU to the platform. The SIM5300e can establish GPRS connection and open/close gprs_http. However, the init_http() command is not stable, sometimes we get OK and sometimes not.
