Binh, Greetings! I have a few small projects for you. The first is that I need a new front and back metal outline from the PS105 boxes you made for me so I can redo the product silkscreen. If you can provide these in DWG and DXF file formats, I would be more appreciative. Also, I need you to create new 3D Solidworks files for an older product of ours called the PS111. We are making a new version of that product called the PS112 and it uses EXACTLY the same metal but the guy that did this before used a different type of 3D program. I will upload those files shortly. I hope all is well. Phil

Grade 12.9 hex bolts are difficult to procure without having them manufactured, Grade 10.9 is readily available. Check both models for actual load at bolt points and advise if a lower grade than 12.9 would this be acceptable. The other alternative is Socket Head Cap Screws, which may be available in the 12.9. Include nut tightening torque requirements.

We are CAD company looking for a solidworks person to assist us with some drawings. We need to make 2d manufacturing drawings from 3d sheet metal panels. An example is shown below. A sheet template will be provided for the drawings. Some of the panels contain stiffeners which need their own individual sheet (as shown in sample). We will pay $10USD per drawing sheet. Hello I have a rough handle design done in solidworks 2013. I need it cleaned up and made to look good. Also anything you can do to make more ergonomic. Also it rests on the counter on two areas. Please deliver files in soildworks 2013 if you can or step file format. Also please provide source file in whatever format you use to redesign it. I do care about the height of the handle part where the user actually holds. The rest of the shape and areas can be improved upon. The final design must be injection moldable. Also the two screw holes need to be provided for attaching to housing. Usability, the user may hold it in their left or right hand while it rests on the counter. It will be used in the kitchen.

We want to start a Kickstarter project for our new product. Within this project we want to present the 7 prototypes up to the final product and the product itself (+1). There are 8 (7 + 1) assemblies available in Solidworks and each assembly consists of 3 parts. I would like to have short presentation videos (about 5-8 sec.) to the assembly: e.g. Exploded view, assembly, camera rotation, etc. Everything from the same distance, so you can compare the size of the prototype with each other. The last two assemblies (7 and 8) should only be visible from the outside, as the inner mechanism may need to be patented. In a prototype, the rope within the clip is not straight - just for information, because maybe a little more work. Download:

I want to put the top pan over the bottom pan with (4) small springs (1.50” tall) between them. The springs would be centered at the inner holes of the bottom. Then animate the top going up and down about .375” with the springs compressing. The animation should show an exploded view that comes together and then the top moving up an down. Also, I'd like to have (4) cones (1.25” round x 1.50” tall) on the underside of the bottom piece pointing down. These would be centered over the outside holes of bottom piece. I have a sketch showing this. I have sldprt files of the top, bottom, and springs. I would like the animation in an iso view and side view. These animated GIF files will be placed on a WordPress site.
