I am seeking an experienced mechatronics engineer / Raspberry Pi developer to create a plotter that can be controlled remotely. The mechanism will be used to control a phone via a computer on a different WiFi network. The phone will be laid down and there will be a stylus above the screen which can move in X Y directions as well as lift slightly on Z. There will be a camera facing the phone to see what is happening on the phone in real time. There will be an interface for controlling the mechanism remotely which includes the camera feed as well as buttons to move the stylus on each axis. The final design will look similar to this:

I am creating an equipment front panel from milled/engraved aluminum (). I will be creating a simple diagram as part of the panel, and need three icons for that diagram. The panel creation software accepts HPGL vector files. The engraving is lines in a single colour, and will be approximately 1" square. The engraving tool is either 0.2mm or 0.4mm in diameter. "A HPGL engraving is based on a two-dimensional vector graphic, which consists of lines with a custom contour described in HPGL format." I have a script i use already but its not very good, looking for someone to make it work alot better in the first date range it needs to get highs and lows of candlewicks to start the trendline goal of it is to plot trendlines, plot date range. then single point price high of wick for that day. basically just plots highs and lows of candle sticks then pins them all to one single point. on day. need it to auto calculate timeframes so you can switch between timeframes without having to set times for each timeframe. need alerts when price touches trendline.
