I want someone who is confident enough in their skills that they are willing to work off commission structure. We have plenty of content but I am tired of agencies over promising and under delivering. We have plenty of ad budget - and are willing to pay a 5-10% commission on sales. Hoping to find an agency with a large book of business for cheaper advertising. This would be for brand I am not sure this exists but thought I would inquire! Looking for long term partner.
