I can create the drop down list with the submission options, and apply color rules but I can not work out how to make the cell below change to the same color as the option selected and the date it was selected appear in the same cell. I need to include the date the option was selected selected and because you can't have two formulas in conditional formatting. I thought making a cell in the below row for the date was the only option - any other options to achieve this?
