We are currently working with an Excel spreadsheet + VBA for automated processing of our online orders. The VBA script scraps the data from our wordpress/woocommerce store, enters it into the spreadsheet, mails the orders to the suppliers, puts the mail in a folder on the server, updates order statuses and exports data for accounting. In the future, these operations should be performed not by VBA, but with the help of Office Scripts and Power Automate, so that we can work with the table from MS Teams. The VBA scripts are all viewable and can be used as templates. However, it would be desirable that the developer not only adopts the code 1:1, but also critically scrutinizes it and makes suggestions for improvement.

We have 900 photos which need to be added to some reports using word or excel (your choice) all photos are currently referenced by a number/filename - The photos are currently sorted in folders (40) each folder will have a document that need have the photos of each folder added. Row A - File Name, Row B Photo, (Row C and D are areas we will edit. I have a folder with 6000+ xml files, all structured in the same way. I need to import them into MS access in order to have a more useful database. I manually imported a couple of them, however I would now like to import the rest in an automatic fashion. The xml files need to be appended to the only table in the access file. The xml files are named in sequence with the following structure where the suffix MGPPrezzi obviously does not change. The files start from 20050101 and end 20220624: some files are attached so that you can test the script. I am not sure if there are missing files, should the file be missing, the script should write down the filename/date in a (single) txt file or in a separate table, and fill in the 24 rows (hours) for that day with an empty cell.
