Hi, I just passed a written exam for 3D printer engineers and hope to pass the next exam on Fusion 360 in two months. I hope someone to help me with this. It has two categories, one of which consists of 19 sets of required design to complete one of them. This should be done in 40 minutes and have it 3d printed. A set of required files and the finished object should be submitted at the end. I am not allowed to access internet during the exam. Another category is to design an engineering product of my choice. I plan to choose a rc plane/drone combination as my project. I should provide design/simulation/manufacture data. I am allowed to access internet during exam and download stl/amf files. I am in need of a Fusion 360 expert. I have models in the form of *.STL format. I am looking for someone to create Gcode from it so that it could be load it into the 4 Axis Bridge CNC, and cut the shape(s). I am looking for someone who prepares a pseudo-code or mathematical description of how to do signals fusion from both IMU sensors. The first IMU is placed near the camera - this place can be moved by any of the motors. The second IMU is placed on the top of the gimbal and it is not moved by any of the motors. Now I have implemented the Madgwick filter which gets a 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope data as an input and outputs quaternion. Then I make a conversion from quaternion to Euler angles - pitch, roll, yaw. That calculated angles then I push to the PID regulator and calculate outputs for each of the motors. We then need CAM integrated so we can post the jobs to the CNC machines. 2D drawings for the manual machining work and finally modeling if required to showcase work to clients.
