  It can be used anyway you wish if at all, just a suggestion. Some have been using a stock banner as a background These are custom ones.

Sound like a great site to work on.
First of all, do you have any photos we can use or do you want us to use stock photos which need to be purchased?
I think using some photos will create a better impression.
