Contest Brief

I am in need of a graphic designer that can create a T-shirt design using the information that on the attach file. All graphic must be used in the order as you see them. The top header is After 240 years of service, the United States Postal Service and at the bottom we still deliver. All the letters need to be in black and all the graphic need to be change to black. for example you see the first in black that's how I want all of the graphic to be also. Files needed Jpg, png, ai, svg, pdf, eps and mock-up
