Hello all talented internet marketing individuals out there-

1. This is primarily to test your SEO skills to list the websites on the first page of Google search or Bing search
2. I would like to have your SEO suggestions for a Realty Group (people looking to buy houses) website. I can't give out the actual URL at this point in time.
3. These are the terms & conditions for the applicants-
a. The off-the-shelf products out there like Google Adwords, and many others are expensive and aren't fetching the results.
b. Looking for only ideas/recommendations here.
c. Best submission will get $ 30
d. If the winner is capable of implementing the ideas in all likelihood, they will get the work for implementation also

4. What should your deliverable contain
a. 10 or more SEO recommendations/changes we can implement to improve the websites
b. As detailed as possible
c. How much time will it take to implement
d. What would you need from us to implement
e. What results are likely possible once implemented
f. What's needed on an ongoing basis
