Taking Example https://tronex.net , this is a complete make over or revamp. (i am not asking you to do like this, i am only showing you an example of a good related revamped site result)

You have to not only redesign the website, you have to do copywriting, put in icons, screenshots to explain every single part. The pages （home/how it works/How To Join） minimum is 3 however if you can create more with contents will be better.

The best design with best details of what you will redo wins.

Site must be mobile friendly.

Ajax or light animation is allowed.
