Contest Brief

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a modern poster/flyer for my company. The poster should be a size of 24" x 36" and the it will be on every building elevator. the main focus of the content should be tenant benefits. I am looking for a contemporary and eye-catching design that accurately conveys my company’s message to potential tenants. The poster should be professional, creative, and visually appealing. The completed project should be available in both digital and print-ready formats. If you feel you have the skill set to bring my project to life, please do not hesitate to contact me and apply for this job. the language is in french so please trasnlate so you know what image should be added for every feature/benefit. Every word "Icone" should be replaced by an actual icone / image to represent the text below it
