Contest Brief

I need to re-design a logo.
The new logo design must be minimalistic and elegant.
This project will require to have a wide logo as well as a recognizable square icon. The icon should look and be recognizable even when you resize it to 32x32px
The logo should represent 3 things:
1. Slabs - pieces of granite or marble stone (see attached slabs.jpg file) (Optional)
2. Cloud.
3. Synchronization between slabs and the cloud.
Some logo versions are attached just for reference.

I understand that it may be a little difficult to include the slabs while keeping the logo minimalistic. I think it is possible to represent the slabs with just gray color. Just an idea...
