Contest Brief

Seeking a savvy graphics and UI/Ux designer to join our team for a TEST PILOT design Exercise for our Healthcare app:

a. New user on-boarding/Splash/Boot Intro Sliders (5-8). Some animation is required for screen transition and information display. Vectors, Icons, Pictures or combination of these 3 is OK.
b. App Stores Intro Screens (5-8) with continuous background screen graphics. Some animation is required for screen transition and information display. Vectors, Icons, Pictures or combination of these 3 is OK.
c. New User Welcome E-mail template
d. 3D looking awesome App Icons for our new Healthcare app (Android & iOS) which incorporates our emblem and or logo.

The deliverable are required for both iOS and Android apps and respective App markets.

Scope:
I. New user on-boarding/Splash/Boot Intro Sliders (5-8). Some animation is required for screen transition and information display. Vectors, Icons, Pictures or combination of these 3 is OK.
II. App Stores Intro Screens (5-8) with continuous background screen graphics. Some animation is required for screen transition and information display. Vectors, Icons, Pictures or combination of these 3 is OK.
III. New User Welcome E-mail template
IV. Design 3D illustration for Healthcare App icon (iOS and Android) which incorporates our emblem and or logo.

Final Deliverable:
Illustration files (all format vectors and source files, i.e.: JPG, PNG, SVG, AI, EPS, PSD, Base64 etc.) of all sliders, screens, icons etc. with sliced assets in various iOS and Android sizes. Optimized resolution and size for various social media (app loading page etc.), Web (app landing page images etc.), and marketing purposes is also required.
Skills and Software:
a. UI/Ux design; 3D Graphics Design; Animation; Storyboard; Android; iOS
b. Adobe Suite; SKETCH; Adobe DX; PSD; MAYA; Cinema 4D; Dreamweaver; Rhino etc.

Special Note:
1. The winner(s) of this contest will be specially invited as VIP designers to to bid on our Phase II UI/Ux for the whole app. You may consider this as a test pilot for the next much larger project.

2. Special bonus will be paid for:
a. Excellent communication Skills
b. Flexibility and Out of the Box thinking
c. Quality of the outcome of images/illustrations/animation
d. Satisfactory and timely completion of all deliverable.

All produced and delivered material will have 100% our property rights and COPYRIGHTS. No rendering in PART or FULL should be distributed to anyone without our written consent.

Files Attached:
