I need some Graphic Design

Contest Brief

I need to recompose a logo, I have an imagen with a wrench over a gear and I need to put this imagen between 2 words which are FLEX and WARE as appear in the sample. The colors of the words should match the color of the gear around the wrench.

The fonts to be used have to be choosen wisely according with the designer talent and appreciation, the fonts have to be a very professional and keep the logo composition flow.

I need that the final result been 2 HD files, one with white background and the other one with transparent background, most be over 1024 pixels wide and another 2 files with a maximum high of 35px one with white background and the other one with transparent background. Also I will need the favicon in HD in sizes 16x16, 24x24 and 32x32 the favicon should be only the gear with the wrench not include the words.
