I need a web page to display pictures with vertical scroll text overlay for digital menu board. The data and picture must be editable and will be pulled from sql table .

This contest is for design of a web page.

1 redesign current page.
2 scroll or loop for items that do not fit the page.
3 automatically become full screen when web page is opened.
4 refresh every 10 mins on the hour synced server time. re: to sync multiple screens.
5 scrolling banner on bottom from ex: only today special for $5.00

From requirements please make sure of the following.
#2 from requirement: scroll or loop, if items are more than screen can fit.
#4 from requirement: refresh to change if items are updated.

As a quick note to entrants, this contest is to determine

#2 technical knowledge in php, html, css, jquery
#3 creativity in design simple but effective webpages,
