Our business website is www.hap.sg

We provide one-stop solution service for PLAN, DESIGN & BUILD, FUTURE READY, SMART CONNECTED HOME.
Our main clients are residential landed home projects ( terrace house, good class bungalows). In order for a house to be " future ready" and possible "smart", plan & design of IT infrastructure has to be provided in the designing phase before the house is built or before the renovation begins.

Hence the objective of this project is to create a company brochure that we can send to residential house ARCHITECTS & PLANNERS to tell them about WHAT is our service scope, WHY is it important to loop us onboard in the early stage, and the projects references we completed.

We do not create our own smart home product solutions. We re-sell as a whole solution from a USA product company Control4, and we are their biggest dealer in Singapore. Attach is the Control4 solution brochure

The breakdown of the design into FIVE portion as below.
Design color theme: red, white, grey with use of beautiful residential photos to CONVEY LIFESTYLE.

1) Front Cover
- Use large house graphics as the object that requires smart home planning.

- Display the wordings “ Plan, design & build future ready Smart Home”

- Show the theme “Beautifully Smart”

2) Who are we?
- Control4 Authorised Platinum Dealer (newly uploaded in photos, please retrieve)

- Milestone of 4 years of experience since 2015 (newly uploaded in photos, please retrieve)

- Certified Control4 Showroom in Singapore (marked on a Singapore Google map to show our office location Postal code Singapore 369546, with project sites all across the islands)

- Show the photos of our showroom (already uploaded in photos)

- Planning & design for a scalable smart home infrastructure (Use a visual of a pencil and bungalow 3D floor plan, with Internet of Things elements)

- Planning & design for a BEAUTIFULLY SMART HOME (realising minimalist interior concept to hide everything so that you can feel the automation but not see it )

- Setup Security CCTV, sensors , alarm panels & intercom anywhere video communications

just 4-6 pages will do. we do not need to focus on the Product solution intro here as this is all done by Control4 product company as attached. we resell their products, so the purpose of this brochure is to sell us, our company , why use us.
