Contest Brief

I promote old metal machinist machinery online, and I need a logo to represent myself.

Please do not include welders or welding helmets. Welding is not machinist work.

I promote things like metal lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, metal shapers, metal planers, horizontal boring machines, vertical turret lathes, etc...

I do not promote computer operated or CNC machinery.

I'm looking for a logo that is simple in design. Something that is flat, and could be screen printed easily. I will use the logo on social media platforms. So it will have to be recognizable on a small profile picture on a person's phone.

Maybe a face with old school welding goggles, which a lot of people would probably think of as steampunk. Maybe a beard to be "grungy". It doesn't have to contain these.

There are lots of tools that machinist use like micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.. That could be used as well.
