Contest Brief

As P-Laser we are working hard to keep our top level position in the laser cleaning market. We try to bring the best technology in combination with a neat design. To meet customer needs, we developed the smallest laser cleaning device in the world. this device needs a nice and tight graphics to let is jump out of the crowd.
We don't want some crazy tuning-car artwork, we need our company stamp on it by bringing back the accents on the website. (don't look at our current website, it is under revision). will post some pictures as a refference.
This is what we need:
- The covers on the side of the machine are white. let's dress this cover with some graphics. you have the star-relief to start with. also the company name needs to go somewhere on this cover, I suggest the logo works best.

The middle section is a stainless steel body. it contains buttons and plugs in the back. there is a nice looking rotating button with a display inside (touch-screen). without graphics, it seems a bit lost. we want this button to be the eye-catcher of the device, without overdoing it.
This is what we need:
- design of button, key and plug/connector tags
- accent(s) to make the rotating button jump out a bit more
- some accent to make the top section of the unit less "bare". it looks like it could use some dressing up. stainless steel also gets stained quite fast. So having a graphic there could help reducing the attention to the "greasy finger" effect.

The P-Laser "stamp" is mainly achieved by using the logo, the star (as on the side walls) and the red-grey or red-white square as you will see on our new website preview. (see attachments)

Please see entry #4. If a 3D model is provided, it will help generate a rendering to see how the logo looks.
