Contest Brief

I had started a project but the freelancer didn't want to change the errors I pointed out. So I'm starting from half way. I created a painting (Final in paint) and I want it digitised and cleaned up and fixed up.

I got the idea from the photo "similar idea".

The clothes need to look more like the photo I've attached called "clothes need to look more like this". The bottom left hand corner of the clothing is not like the actual photo. The dots need to be rearranged.

I've attached the photoshop file which was done halfway and the feedback I gave the freelancer before he quit on me.

The blue background needs to be played with because I'm not overly happy with it as it is now.

I am offering a decent prize so I expect high quality.

Read the feedback given to the previous freelancer. These things MUST be fixed up for a winning entry. Make sure you use small dots. If you use big dots to save time, you will only lose the contest
