  please note that i have posted the url....of CES.....you need to navigate the system, show me how are you going to reestablish the existing system....(code will be provided to the winner), what is your concept...CES today provide estimating of project cost and many many services like list of suppliers...etc. yiu have stated you will make my CES an ecommerce platform...to do what....are we going to sell the estimation as a service or just the construction materials....please read the system nanuals and navigate the system..let me know your propo
