Design a Website for Austere Pumps - we are a pump and environmental products supplier

i want the site very dynamic, when the from page loads i want to see the background first then the products and applications come in, then when you click on one of the boxes it pops out with an overview of that topic, then if the overview is clicked on it that you to the main product page.

must be 100% good to use, look at and talk about.
