Contest Brief

***REVISED INSTRUCTIONS: Please reference the files "0Example Website" and "0Notes for Example Website" and make it as close to that as possible. I'll put the link to the theme/template in the notes section of the entries page.

I want this to be a simple website but still clean, organized and professional looking. There isn't very much content so you can put it all on one page (when you click on a link in the navigation menu it takes you down to that section) or you can put each of the 4 different menu options on separate pages.

In this contest, I would like for you to design a new website for my business, Yardvarke Yard Services.

I'm looking for the design with the best layout and that looks the most professional. Please get the layout/bones/structure/skeleton of the website finished first and then I can let you know if I like the overall design/style. Once you understand the layout then we can move on to the details...which won't take long to complete.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DESIGNING THE HOMEPAGE:

1. **Read the "1. Website Notes" file that I uploaded to the project files.** PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE! I want the designer to understand my goals and what I'm using the website for, so we are on the same page. Too many times I provide files like this on Freelancer and then it's obvious the designer never looked at the files I've provided which is very frustrating and causes me to have a bad experience with that designer.

2. Open and look at the "2. Info Request Form" file.

3. Look at both the "3. Current Flyer - Front" and "4. Current Flyer - Back" file.

4. Look at all the other files in the project folder.

5. Ask me any questions you may have.

    I don't know if it would be easier to download the template/theme or create it from scratch by copying it. I'd prefer it to be created from scratch by copying it so it can be customized a little bit. For example, I want the form somewhere on the page (the form that I put int the project files). I would also want some other changes. But the layout of that site is basically what I'm looking for so copy it.

    Hey Everyone - Please look at the two files I uploaded called "0Example Website" and "0Notes for Example Website". Please make it look like that (unless you're already working on something that is just as good or almost as good). I wanted to do a contest to get a lot of different creative design ideas but it doesn't look like that's working out.

    Everyone, please look at the "Website Notes" file and look at the outline. I, II, III and IV are the menu options/pages. So that means there only needs to be 4 menu options: Homepage, Services, Financing & Pricing, Deals & Promotions
