Contest Brief

I need another team to add to my current teams to deliver between 3 & 10 3D residential house renders every week. What I am looking for is as follows:

1. Ability to complete work within 4 days of receiving it
2. Willing to improve your own business by growing it
3. Ability to deliver high quality home renders (as example shows)
4. One angle per job is majority of work
5. Height 6M, Width 7M + 1M
6. Images of plants added

Attached is a 'test project' which I'm looking for people to submit their renders for. All furnishings and styling is contemporary as per example renders.

Also attached are an external and internal example done by my other teams for other complete jobs.

Note the contest fee is not the level of fee to be expected ongoing.

Winning designer will be paid and will then be able to join our team on a trial.

      Be impartial on this, his work is way better. No matter some mistakes that could be fixed really quick. Like you that they asked for a fence and you put a wall.. also some things they didnt asked for.

    It's not fair. The winner of the competition has announced that it will take 10 hours to complete if the table is completed in Table #95 . If it takes 10 hours, it should eventually be #20 . I did the whole project without any size or size. The winner did not choose the fair, because the priority was with people who could not have any size.

    I know that there are probably much better works than mine, but i would like some suggestion about my entry, so i see if i can improve a bit. It's still pretty rough at the moment, i was thinking of adding a bit of lights or lamp outside, and remake the plants. #40
