Hi sir, among the drawing files I presume you need the dimensions in the proposed section to be modeled, please correct me if I am wrong. Also regarding the sectional images, it will not be possible to iclude all the details in the drawing to be shown in a single section, so will it be fine if I cover the building in three different sections, please do let me know.

Hi sir, I am interested in this project but honestly you should increase the price much more for such a work. Because in the 3D section, all interiors of 4 levels will be visible, a typical interior design for one commercial room (shop/cafe) is around 250 dollars among freelancers. So the price should be at least 500 dollars. (For fully designed detailed renderings of course) Else you should not expect detailed designs. I can give you absolutely high quality sectional view (that's what it is called. instead of cutaway) rendering, per the instructions given in the doc file.. You may check my portfolio for the quality I provide.. But I would request you to #increaseprize upto at least $180

Good morning, would you have any file in CAD or sketchup to be able to do the modeling?

I have attached a .dwg file but there are some amendments to this as you will see from the floorplans. There is also an attached sketch/mockup of the building.
