Contest Brief

We are developing a Environmental, Health and Safety application and require 6 icons to help a user classify the observed incident correctly.

There are 2 types of incident: Incident and Near Miss
And 3 categories of impact: Personal Injury, Asset Damage and Environment Release

This gives rise to the 6 classifications.

The 6 stylised icons should be vector graphic format for responsive rendering.

The individual images are:
- Personal Injury/near miss: Alarm - as object falling from tree just missed foot
- Personal injury/Incident : Pain - falling object landed on foot
- Asset/new-miss: Swerve - bus just missed tree
- Asset/incident: Collide - bus crashed into tree
- Environment/new miss: Stress - tree about to be blown over by strong wind
- Environment/incident: Damage - tree has fallen down in the wind
