Create a Unity 2D game with birds that swap positions

Contest Brief

I want to create a game with 6 birds inside cages. When the game starts, the 2 birds are randomly placed each one on a cage. Then the all cage becomes closed (they were opened before). Two birds next to each other change positions after every second (time should be easily changed by the programmer). Finally the cages stop moving and the user has to guess where are the birds. If the user get the birds right, it's a point. The game should have a ranking integrated to Google Play Services Leaderboards. If the player get's the birds wrong, it's game over. After game over, the game should show and Admob full screen ad.
There should be levels of dificulty:
* 1: 4 cages/2 birds in normal speed
* 2: 4 cages/2 birds in faster speed
* 3: 6 cages, 3/birds with normal speed
* 4: 6 cages/3birds with faster speed
* 5: 9 cages with 4 birds normal speed
* 6: 9 cages, 4 birds, faster speed

When the user get's it right, the game must show a nice Congratulations message.
The game must show how many points the user has currently.
All text in the game should be in a JSON or XML file and should be loaded depending on the chosen language. The game must be written in English but it should be easy to translate the XML/JSON and add new languages to the settings screen.
When the user first opens the game, the language is the same as the one from the cellphone.
If the user changes the language, the game always opens using the chosen language.

Graphics should be modern and pretty.
There should be a nice loading screen.
The game will be called Swapping Birds
