I Need a logo for the company: DemoVu

DemoVu is a play on the term déjà vu

The company does training and consulting on best practices for online demos over a web conference.

Keep it simple: 2 colors on white background. Professional. No clipart. No gradients. Make sure to show versions in several colors. Open to suggestion on color choices. If you do not show it on a white background I will reject it.

I will need an example of logo only (no text) and logo+text

I prefer simple over complex.

It needs to work on business cards and a website as well.

(1) Horizontal designs only please. (where logo is left and text right). NO designs where logo is on top. (2) Stop copying the headphones, its creative, but does not work as well as showing some sort of screen (since the demo is a presentation on a screen).

Another idea: The tag line for the company is "A demo remembered" Do NOT put that as part of the logo, but Checkbox, may be a potential design element. Meaning : "Yes I remember"

Also: stay away from weird fonts. The example I provided was to show the simple font. If you just copied the font and wrote :DemoVu, that will not be enough. Emphasize "demo" with your design.

First set of feedback: Some great designs. Here is what I see so far. Rejected designs that did not follow instructions or had no unique design elements. Higher stars for people that actually thought about it and brought some unique design elements in. I like the idea of emphasizing a "demo".

Please stay away from "border around" the entire logo. That just does not look good.

Looking forward to seeing what comes up next based on my feedback.
