Contest Brief

Hello we are looking for a creative corporate design for our company. We need 3 things, and we would like to have it CREATIVE but yet clean. We will describe the following information that we would like to have on each thing.
Logo in PSD and AI will be included so you can use it for the design.

- CORPORATE FOLDER TO PUT A4 PAPER INSIDE.
In front we want to include: Logo, english, spanish and Icelandic flag, and an attractive phrase for a real estate agency (we are open for proposals)
At the back we want to include: 2 telephones, email, website and location. (you can make it up)

- BUSINESS CARD
Information: logo, name of agent, position inside the company, telephone, email, website, location, english, spanish and icelandic flag,
I don't mind if you want to have it 2 sides or only one side. We are also open for a slogan if you want to include it on the card. Just make up the information, we will fill it afterwards.

- OPTIONAL BANNER FOR FACEBOOK
Creative banner for Facebook, we would like to provide the feeling of connection, house, family and security. We are open for any proposal. It can be photos, text or anything you would like.
