Contest Brief

I need a new logo generated in some png, pdf file formats, .psd, etc. file formats

I need two products:
1) The primary logo mocked up in the attached file for black and white backgrounds. generally this is the look, color, font style I want...slight adjustments may be ok if strongly think look is improved

2) The stylized panel also provided in the attachment that incorporates elements of the logo and modifications of it on page 3
