Contest Brief

We are an IT service company that deliver supports to Small & Medium business. We deliver all kind of services:

- Remote Support from our Service Desk
- IT Engineer on Location
- Consultancy
- VOIP/Telephony services
- Cloud (Microsoft Office 365 + Azure)
- Security Services

On our Homepage we want a slider (fullscreen) with a short introduction movie that plays on the background. No sound or voiceover, just a video. It must show the services we deliver to our services. Not to futuristic or to formal (not only business men/woman in suits). It must be playing movie, so no diashow of static images.

You need to show the following services in the Movie:
- Remote Support (IT Professional answer the phone and is sitting behind a computer) with a text slider: Remote Support
> Users can reach us by E-mail, Telephone or CHAT (if possible, show this)
- Business user working in a coffee bar or at home with the kids or in a plain while getting a drink served. Text slider: Work anywhere with our Cloud Services
- Onsite support (Engineer on business location who assist an business user with a laptop or computer) Text Slider: Onsite Support
> Shot: IT Engineer helping a business user behind laptop/workstation or something > Text Slider: Personal Assistance
> Shot: IT Engineer managing infrastructure, maybe server, patchroom or something like that. Text Slider: Network Management
- User calling on a beach or just somewhere in a coffee bar: Text slider: Receive your Business Calls anywhere with our Cloud Telephony
- Business Continuety: movie shot that shows we work/support users 24/7 around the clock. They can trust on us that everythings works 24/7. Be creative how to show this with a shot & text.
- Ends with ComputerHulp Amsterdam (logo) / IT Business Support / background maybe some movie special from Amsterdam (canals, amsterdam from helicopter, dutch skyline...)

Use of stock movies: Allowed; pricing needs to be published in description (max around 50-75 dollar in total)

Hi Guys,

I see the comments about the stock footage. If pricing is higher of footage that's no problem. Just use in first release the preview movies with watermarks and putt pricing information in the Description.

If you can show relevant portfolio work and/or a good Preview movie the price can be incrased for this project.

Andrei the "danish" boy :) - you are right and just because 10 sec of stock footage costs 50$ on websites like shutterstock.com - but Freelancer.com is the place where the people come to look for projects made with thousands of euro - hoping for the work to be done by paying a few bucks. Unfortunately this doesn't happen and they end up with useless low quality products. So to be constructive the budget for stock footage should be at least 300-400$(for 6-7 stock videos) and for the prize well maybe increased at least 5 times in order to get something done like in the examples provided.

HI! I am a Multimedia Designer from Denmark. I do work a lot with video producers and I can tell that from requirements the project is underpriced for the level of quality which you are asking for. I can also advice you to not accept work from various freelancers from here ( the serious ones will never work on this price). Why is that? Because they will steal video content from internet...and if you end up having that on the website and some owner of some video sees it you may end up in court. I do not try to ruin your project, I am just trying to give a proffesional addive to know what you can expect.
