Contest Brief

EmbRACE:
So were newly formed group looking to address, educate and mobilise the companies we work with in the matter of leveraging the talents of people of colour within their organisation.

Mission Statement:
To leverage the diverse experience and talents of people of colour at every level through ally-ship and action, to better serve our patients, customers and employees

Purpose:
Creating an environment where people of colour are empowered to be their authentic selves and a culture where we celebrate differences. Where we all take responsibility and action to ensure everyone is heard, valued and respected for their unique contribution to the community we live and work in.

We really need a logo (brand identity) that can easily and effectively communicate who are and what we do. Feel free to use icons and other elements to come up with a great submission. I will need a version that is in colour and a version that can be used on a coloured background.

I have attached some documents that will may aid the design process:
1. Poorly attempted design of a logo
2. some colour swabs that we were thinking (warm in nature
