Contest Brief

I am aiming to both illustrate the way block chain works, in the context of financial exchanges. I need a person to briefly research how financial exchanges are going to be impacted by block chain technology, with an emphasis on the kinds of human resource roles that may become obsolete or decimated.

Then, I need the attached document recreated and where I have numbers, add the following in the illustration - but on the side somewhere that doesn't interfere with the illustration.
