Contest Brief

We are a creative media company and are looking for ORIGINAL film trailers for films/TV shows that DON'T exist. You CANNOT use footage that you ripped from elsewhere or other existing movies - this will be instant disqualification. All of your footage must be original, with the exception of 10-15% of B-rolls can come from stock footage (but again, not ripped from other trailers or films).

This contest is for:
- Film trailer(s) are between 2 and 2:30 min long
- The trailer(s) can have a mix of characters' voices, music tracks, and SFX
- Open to any genres, except horror and documentary. Other genres are acceptable: heist, mystery, thriller, action, romance/romcom (but not the cliche kind), futuristic/crime/legal/medical/finance/sport drama and drama in general, animation, comedy.
- Trailer languages accepted: English, Korean, Japanese, French, German. For languages other than English, they must be subtitled in the video, and we also required written script (in PDF or DOC) in that language to verify the translation.
- Location setting accepted: pretty open
- 4K quality, that means footage you used must be 4K as well
- The winning entry(ies) must also provide the editable project file, list of stock footage/music used, and rights clearance from the winner.

Are you going to use them on youtube and title it with random crowd favorite movies? Why would you want these trailers! So strange it will be good to know the purpose of this project.

can you please extend the date and increase the prize as 4 days for a new 4k shot original trailer is very short duration and for less prize money. your contest is interesting though. #extended #increaseprize

  Please check the above link because I am sure you can extend it while the contest is active. a 2 min trailer right now still feels a lot to do for the time. Are you up to the idea of making it a 45sec - 1min teaser trailer instead of 2-2:30 min. once you select your filmmaker, you can ask them to make a longer version of the teaser trailer.
