Contest Brief

Hello there designers and architects,
We are looking for an awesome design for the front of our new office / warehouse complex that we are going to construct. It is the offices that we want to particularly stand out.

We are looking to utilize Aluminium Composite Panel (Alucobond) in our design as much as possible as we are a supplier of this product.
As you can see in the current design (attached) it is quite basic (S2.1-CPHGROUP-WAREHOUSE-CORIO-DESIGN 2-27102017S2.1-CPHGROUP-WAREHOUSE-CORIO-DESIGN 2-27102017)

I must point out to you all that we are only concerned about what the front of the building looks like, so please ignore the warehouse component (however some of this will be visible from the front of the building so if you can make this blend in it would be great)

All I am looking for is 3D modelling or rendered drawings so that we can then take to our own builders here in Australia to Engineer.

I have attached some photos of the sort of design I like....sorry low res but you will get the idea (jaguar Landrover building style)

Simple but impressive.....Let's see how cool you can make it. Please only include high quality 3D Renders.
I personally think that Timber features look good with Alucobond so Timber look Aluminum could be incorporated into the design also.

Also with the current design - some areas of the office complex are only single story. We are looking to have it all double story. Please note this when you design yours.

I would like all entries to show both a daytime view and a night-time view with lighting.

I should make it clear that we are looking for a high quality 3D rendered image only of your design. None of the plans are final drawings. Just initial drawings at this point in time.

For heights of doors, Windows and walls you will need to design this in perspective of the height of the warehouse which will be around 9 metres tall.
