The documents will have to be formatted/rebuilt in conformance with previous documents of same type (i.e., margins, fonts, table structure, merge codes and formulas) . There are several documents, although this initial project will only include one to see how it goes. The original pdf is attached as well as an export to Word. However, the Word export has margins too narrow and the tables setup is not manageable for merging/printing. The document must be in the basic format as in the Model I.doc attached. Do not be concerned with inserting merge codes - just be sure the tables are properly laid out so as to facilitate later insertion of codes/formulas and accessing of data by cell column/row location.
